In our fractured collective consciousness, it can be easy to push away pain. We have been taught to avoid what is uncomfortable and that which doesn’t feel good must be bad.

But when we return to our deep communion with the realms of feminine reality, we begin to understand that everything belongs. Everything has its place in this cosmic weave of life.

The Great Mother welcomes us into her arms, all of us, and reminds us that all of us is welcome, both our beauty and pains.

When we can remember that ours pains and wounds are not our ugliest parts that need rejecting and burying, but that they too are messengers of the love of the Great Mother that are guiding us back to her loving arms and our inherent wholeness.

There is a feeling that in winter, the sensation of contraction means we are energetically at our lowest.

But it's actually the opposite.

Contraction means all of our energy is concentrated deep within our core. This is where alchemy happens within our dark earth.

Imbolc is when the seasons of earth begin to shift and all that inner energy that has been concentrated within our depths begins to ignite once more.

Little by little, the inner warmth of our bodies, soul, and all that within us that is tethered to earth’s intelligence begins to melt the ice that has kept us frozen to begin the new cycle of life and creation.

When we feel stuck or contracted, it is an invitation to allow the energies within us to concentrate so they may find their own alchemy and transformation.

Like the earth and her perennial seasons of transformation and evolution, we must trust in the arrival of our own inner spring.

Imbolc shares her medicine with us, asking us to trust in the weavings and mysteries as winter offloads her blankets of snow and begins to stir one again her creative fires within.

We must trust in our inner fires… that with a little warmth and tenderness, with a little trust in the shifting of the seasons…

That which is frozen will always melt into the water that nourishes our own growth.

And that ultimately, always frees us.

Oftentimes in winter we feel frozen, encased, and buried.

But it is only because we have been planted and the waters of life are running quietly beneath the surface, waiting for the arrival of the light that always comes.

In these liminal spaces and transitions between seasons, we can ask ourselves…

🌱 What have I alchemised and composted within the dark deep earth of winter?

🌱 What have I planted within the fertile soils of my life that is ready to grow?

🌱 What little shoots of new life are springing up within my being and life?

As humanity continues to perpetuate imbalance and disconnection, the Earth calls out for our attention and presence, much like a symptom in the body signaling that something is out of harmony. The ecosystem and intelligence of the Earth are asking for our awareness and action.

We are being invited to return to ways of being and states of consciousness that honor harmony and reciprocity with all life.

As humans, we are powerful creators and visionaries of possibility. With great power comes great responsibility, and never before has it been more critical to take this responsibility seriously. The tender threads of life are urging us to step back into alignment with the natural world.

Disconnection and disharmony are the roots of all suffering. Until we live in connection and balance, we will only see growing chaos and pain on this planet.

Until that day, I will continue to pray and devote my life to the restoration of life-honoring consciousness for humanity and Earth.

It was a big year. Part trickster, but also a great teacher and awakener. A year that we will ultimately be grateful for, especially as we continue to receive the power of its lessons.

One of the most potent moments of this year for me was walking among these ancient pyramids during the Solar Eclipse Portal. Viscerally seeing the new timelines incepting and quantum leaps we are being catapulted into. Personally and collectively.

2024 was one of the more intense years in recent memory, bringing in rapid change, growth, transformation, evolution, and manifestation.

It revealed what was no longer aligned to us and opened our eyes to possibilities we once thought unattainable. It cleared space for the new, offering fresh grounds for all that awaits us in 2025.

Though last year’s challenges may have felt overwhelming, they also brought growth and expansion. Looking forward, may we embrace the blessings and evolution that 2025 holds, a year to receive the fruits of all the transformation and realignment that 2024 set in motion.

In reflecting on this last year, I can say I am so deeply grateful for the women who have made me a part of their journeys.
