The wound is also a womb.

It is encoded and encrypted with our medicine and highest destiny that are waiting to be born.

Healing doesn’t have to be something we do, but it is something that happens organically when we can hold all the fractured pieces of self within the containment of the wholeness of self so they may find their way through alchemy back to harmony and greater purpose.

The wound, like the womb, is organically templated to birth new life and timelines into reality.

Our medicine is what organically emerges from this womb once the processes of alchemy, transformation, and renewal are complete.

Each wound carries its own destiny, one that is interwoven with our own greatest destiny.

You cannot discipline your way back into your embodiment of the feminine.

The feminine moves through DEVOTION, not discipline.

Many women find themselves within spiritual practices and traditions that are spiritually disciplined and bring austerity or the slow burn of purification.

And that’s fine, because it serves us, but it will only take us so far.

Because women are biologically and spiritually designed to experience the divine differently than men.

For some time discipline will serve us, as it serves our fellow men, but eventually we will get to a place where we can’t go further unless we have evolved our discipline into devotion.

Trust me, I know a lot about discipline. With 15 years of intensive Ashtanga yoga practice and deep shamanic medicine work, it was the discipline that changed my life and transformed me.

Until it began to burn me.

Already devotion had shown up as the fuel to my spiritual path and becoming: what do I live and move in devotion to?

But it took a certain degree of frying to realise that many of the lineages of spiritual practice today, whether yoga, shamanism, or others, are structured in ways that bring men closer to spirit.

And that I had to fully CHOOSE my devotion and let HER guide the way.

Because the truth is, when we start showing up from devotion and not discipline, we are actually magnetised in a coherent alignment to our path and practice.

The feminine moves through Devotion. And when we can move from that devotion, we unlock a portal into an entire dimension of the realms of the feminine that we didn’t even know existed.

One where we move from our embodied knowing, not the “I ought to”.

Many have asked how my work has evolved — from Earth Medicine and Earth-Based Shamanism to now speaking so deeply about the Feminine Mysteries.

What we recognize today as Earth-based shamanism — with its lineages, rituals, and traditions — is in fact an expression of an even deeper wisdom body I’ve come to call the Feminine Mysteries: The mother source of all creation and her vast mycelial web of consciousness that weaves through everything.

I’ve been deeply blessed on my path to study with many incredible teachers, but one of my most profound teachers has been Vilma — a woman shaman from a small village in the Andes of Peru, who has become a guide, mentor, and soul sister over the past ten years.

I’ve been deeply blessed on my path to study with many incredible teachers, but one of my most profound teachers has been Vilma — a woman shaman from a small village in the Andes of Peru, who has become a guide, mentor, and soul sister over the past ten years.

Women are oracular by nature. Because of our innate connection to the deep depths of the dream realms and the womb of Gaia, we are able to intuit the underlying patterns and weaving of reality.

Oracles are masterful at pattern recognition across vast realms and dimensions. and the precognition of the future and recordings of the past.

We live in a world that pathologizes the feminine to prevent us from reclaiming the divine power of the feminine within our human experience.

Every feeling, emotion, sensation, bleed, bliss, intuition, or vision is not a symptom to be managed or fixed.

They are all portals that invite us in to be initiated into our own power and medicine.

We reduce the embodied experience of the full spectrum of the feminine to sets of symptoms, when in truth they are portals that will heal us from states of fracture back into the truth of our divine wholeness.

A pathologized paradigm is designed to fracture us at body, soul, psyche and spiritual levels.

When we can begin to see symptoms as invitations rather than things that need fixing or cutting out or repressing, then we begin to heal and we restore the feminine intelligence back into our bodies and the world.

When women gather, magic happens ✨

A year ago we journeyed through our last Into the Wild Immersion and Initiation on Ometepe Island, Nicaragua.

Into the Wild is one of the most beautiful offerings that has ever been created through me.

I am still receiving the insights, reflections, and ripple effects from the women who joined.

It is incredible to me that even a year later, they are still reaping the fruits of our time together.

Nothing humbles me and fills my heart more than this. 💓

Into the Mysteries is both a balancing frequency and the next octave in the spiral of Into the Wild.

While Into the Wild takes us on a descent—rooting us into the tangled dark earth, unraveling, dissolving, and exploring the shadowy realms of the dark feminine—Into the Mysteries is what happens when we water those roots.

It is the rising, the shimmering ethereal waters of life, the creating, restructuring, crystallizing, and becoming.

It is the quantum feminine realm of radiance and flow.

Into the Mysteries balances the descent of Into the Wild, where we cultivate and harvest what was planted in the dark soils.

It is also a spiral upward and inward—an octave higher and a layer deeper.

While Into the Wild explored the sacred dualities of feminine and masculine energies, Into the Mysteries plunges into the greater matrix of creation, the primordial ocean where all sacred dualities arise and dissolve.

Into the Mysteries guides us deeper, beyond the realms of earth and into the consciousness of the feminine in her totality.

It is here we access higher frequencies of feminine magic and medicine.

This offering weaves together new threads, providing immersion, initiation, and access to frequencies that awaken, remember, and reclaim the sacred within.

The women of the world are ready for this next initiation.

Just as the wild lands of Ometepe Island and her volcanoes called me to guide women into deep healing and medicine, so too have the mermaids and ancient priestesses called me to their watery realms.

For hundreds of thousands of years, your earliest ancestors worshipped a mother goddess.

Regardless of lineages, time, or place, every human on earth is descendant from ancestors who understood and experienced what we now call God as Womban.

Divinity was related to and worshiped as a WOMB and a WOMAN.

This is because it was clear to our ancestors that within the biological templates of woman, is also the spiritual and cosmic templates of the processes of the entire Earth and Universe.

They knew that within the form of a woman, was the portal and vessel of all creation and dissolution: the holy grail. The WOMB.

That which has the mysterious power to bring all of life into creation.

Every human on earth right now, somewhere spiralled deeply within the coils of our DNA, flowing rivers of our blood, and the deep structures of our bones, is the knowing that god is a womban.

Somewhere along the line of our humanity, we were told a different story. We had a spell cast upon us, that led us to believe our Source of Creation, our Mother Goddess, and all her expressions were somehow unholy, evil, defiled, and unpure.

That the true holiness was somehow somewhere not of this earth, not of this realm, not of our human experiences.

That we were somehow birthed not from a woman, but a man, a father whom we always had to please and be in contractual relationship with for our own salvation.

And suddenly we were Motherless, spiritually orphaned, and love was no longer unconditional but dependent on our worthiness.

And the divine was no longer here around us, within us, apart of us, but instead somewhere intangible and far away that we could only pray to arrive at one day instead of experience fully in our embodied wholeness at every moment of our lives.

But, you can bury truth but never fully destroy her.

Mother Goddess is returning to the world and our humanity when we need her love, her regenerative powers, her healing, and her understanding the most.

And she is awakening within our bodies, especially the bodies of women.

Women who feel her, and are longing to return to her. We are remembering that within our bodies is a divine portal that holds👇🏽

Vessels of creation,
restoring divine life-giving intelligence to the world.

She is the threads that all of reality is woven from, and she is the void and the spaces between the threads.

She is the light that births itself from the dark depths of the universe. She is also the eternal darkness, held within the mystery of the cosmic womb.

She is the source and she is the manifest. She is the creation and the dissolution. She is the separation and the union.

She is the radiance and the abyss.

She is the all and the all is held within her folds.

The Feminine is a realm of consciousness, an undercurrent of reality, that we return to. Tap into. Remember. And source from.

Our current paradigm has cut the root, the umbilical cord, that connects us to our great mother. The Primordial She.

When we return to this source, this deep primordial ocean, we return to embodying our deepest truth, gnowing, and expression.

We become the flowers cracking through the concrete of the world, sowing new life and possibility into being.

That you are a vital thread in the greater cosmic web of life. That both your wounds and your gifts are vital and belong here. And that the entire Womb of Earth, as I describe here is a mycelial consciousness, is here to sustain you and support you. And that our greatest responsibility is to become that which we were born to be.

In the feminine cosmovision, Devotion Desire and Creation are interconnected threads that are inherent to the truth of our embodiment as the divine vessel that Source herself pours her love into to bring all life into being.

It is how we (quite literally) birth spirit into matter. And not just literally how a woman’s body is cosmically designed to birth new life, but also how we are encoded with the templates of Creation.

To birth our dreams into reality.

To weave the new world we are longing for into being.

We have that power. We have just forgotten how to align to it and reawaken it within.

But it begins with reclaiming our sacred desire as a holy force of creation. That through the living templates within our own wombs we birth creation from the womb of goddess into the world.

Our desire was never meant to stain us, it was always meant to initiate us into our womanhood.

And our capacity to create worlds is apart of what it means to be embodied in our womanhood.
